Pet policy:
We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is a $350 non-refundable fee for the first pet and an additional $150 non-refundable fee for the second pet. Pet rent is $20 per pet, per month. Aggressive breeds are prohibited. Please contact leasing office for complete pet policy details.
